Many times the kittens are not abandoned. They're only alone because Mom is off looking for food.
Kittens always have a much higher chance of survival if they are with Mom. Even the most skilled and dedicated human foster is no match for Mom.
In addition, rescues are all full and may not have a foster available to take them. If that's the case, you will need to care for them.
Catmandu does not have any small kittens available for adoption or accept kitten surrenders. We primarily focus on older teenagers, adults and seniors. Here is a list of other rescues and shelters in the area that accept and adopt kittens.
