My name is Penelope. I'm a sweet older girl that doesn't get along with the other cats. I had a home, but my humans worked out of town A LOT and I was home alone most of the town. I was lonely and they felt really guilty and wanted a better life for me. So I came to Catmandu.
 
I got lucky, and a super nice senior lady fell in love with me and took me home as a senior 2 senior foster. She's disabled, so she's home pretty much all the time which is the  purrfect situation for me. She's happy. I'm happy. It's a good thing all the way around.
 
Unfortunately, she is on a small fixed income, and it is really hard for her to afford food and litter for me.  Sponsoring me allows my new human to keep me full, fat, and happy and still afford the necessities for her life. Meow! means thank You!
